Shipping policy

We offer local delivery in most parts of Country Victoria through our Wholesale Delivery Service.  Once you are part of our regular clients, our team will visit your business on the same agreed day every week or fortnight to take your order and our van will then deliver to your business the next day.  Orders over $250+ gst are delivered freight free!  Please contact us on 03 5331 3255 or email sales@dejpackaging.com.au to find out what day we are in your area.  

We offer a national freight service through TNT.  Pricing for this will update when you are ready to checkout.  Orders placed prior to 12pm are generally dispatched same day, after 12pm they will dispatch the following business day.

Delivery of goods is Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) unless otherwise arranged.

On the rare occassion an item ordered is out of stock, we will advise an estimated time that they will be available and make sure you are happy with this, or we will arrange a substitute that you are happy with.  We proudly boast having a 99.5% order fulfillment rate so it is rare for us to not have your item in stock.

Refunds / Credits

We generally do not give refunds or store credits for change of mind or wrong selection of goods. Please carefully check your shopping cart and that the items selected are what you want to purchase before proceeding with your order.

If you are a regular customer as part of our Country Victoria delivery service, we will work on a solution for you for returning goods via our van for credit to your account, as long as they are unused and in resaleable condition.  

We follow the Australian Consumer Law which is explained further below.

Faulty or Damaged goods

If any of your items are faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as you receive them. We will refund your money once we have received your faulty item and refund the freight cost incurred to send it back to us. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the faulty or damaged product sent back.
